EduReels and Avtotest Privacy Policy

EduReels is an iPhone and Android app and the edureels.uz website with short videos: book summaries, video lessons and reels. This page explains what data we receive, why, and how to delete it. Questions — sanjarbek89@gmail.com.

This policy also covers Avtotest, our driving-test preparation app (iPhone and Android). It runs on the same server and uses the same EduReels account and the same data: sign-in, purchases and access to the driving-rules course, trainer and lesson progress, notifications — everything described below works the same way in both apps. A deleted account is deleted in both apps at once.

What data we receive

• Account. When you sign in with Google or Apple — your name, e-mail address (Apple may share a hidden …@privaterelay.appleid.com address) and your Google or Apple account ID. E-mail and password accounts are created only for App Store and Google Play reviewers; passwords are stored hashed.
• Purchases. The App Store transaction or Google Play purchase ID, order number, which book was bought and when — forever or as one-month access — and whether it was refunded. We never receive your card or payment details — Apple and Google process them.
• Free days and access opened by our support. If you start free days, we keep which book and when — they are given once. If our support team opens a book for you (for example, after you paid another way), we keep which book, for how long, who on our team opened it and a note on why (for example, the payment method).
• Quiz results. If you take a lesson quiz while signed in, we keep your best and latest result (how many answers were right) and the number of attempts, so your progress shows on all your devices. We do not keep your answers to individual lesson quiz questions.
• Test trainer. If you use a course’s test trainer (for example, driving-test tickets) while signed in, we keep your answers to its questions, your ticket and exam results, “Mistakes” and “Saved” — so your progress shows on all your devices and mistakes practice works. Without signing in, all of this stays only on your phone.
• Likes, saved lessons and viewing progress. If you like lessons or save them while signed in, we keep that, as well as where you stopped in each lesson and which ones you finished, so you can continue from the same place on any device. Everyone sees how many likes a lesson has, but not who liked it.
• Technical data. IP address and request details in server logs, and the app language, so we can reply in it.
• Notifications. To send news, the app subscribes to Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service). The device address for notifications is kept by Google, not by us. You can turn notifications off in your phone settings.

We do not collect contacts, location, photos or advertising identifiers, show no ads and use no analytics or tracking services.

Why

• to sign you in and open the books you bought, your quiz and trainer results, likes, saved lessons and “Continue watching” on all your devices;
• to verify purchases and refunds with the App Store and Google Play;
• to send news and notifications about new books;
• to answer your support requests;
• to protect the service, for example by limiting password guessing.

Who receives the data

Only those the app cannot work without: Apple (Sign in with Apple, purchases, notification delivery to iPhone), Google (Sign in with Google, Google Play purchases, Firebase Cloud Messaging), and the hosting provider whose server runs EduReels. We do not sell data or share it with ad networks. Data may be disclosed only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it and how to delete it

• Account data — as long as you have an account. You can delete it at any time: in the EduReels or Avtotest app (“Profile” → “Delete account”; the account is deleted in both apps) or by request on the account deletion page.
• Deletion erases your name, e-mail, Google and Apple sign-in links (we also revoke Sign in with Apple at Apple), quiz and trainer results, likes, saved lessons, viewing progress, free days, access opened by our support and all sessions. Purchased books and paid one-month access are tied to the account and cannot be restored after deletion.
• Purchase records are kept without any link to you — for accounting and refunds.
• Server logs are kept for up to 14 days.

Security

The app and the website work only over a secure connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, videos are served through temporary links, and access to the server is restricted.

Children

EduReels and Avtotest do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it — write to sanjarbek89@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top, and announce significant changes in the app.
