Delete your EduReels and Avtotest account
The EduReels and Avtotest apps (developer: EduReels, edureels.uz) use one account. You can delete it at any time — in either app, or here without the app. The account is deleted in both apps at once.
1. In the app — immediately
- Open EduReels or Avtotest and sign in.
- Go to “Profile” and tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm — the account is deleted immediately, in both apps.
2. Without the app — by request
Enter the e-mail you use to sign in to EduReels or Avtotest. We will delete the account with this e-mail within 7 days. If you signed in with Apple and hid your e-mail, enter the …@privaterelay.appleid.com address (you can find it in your Apple ID settings under “Sign in with Apple”), or delete the account in the app.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name and e-mail.
- Google and Apple sign-in (we also revoke Sign in with Apple at Apple).
- Sessions on all devices and in both apps — EduReels and Avtotest.
- Lesson quiz and trainer results, likes, saved lessons and where you stopped in lessons.
- Free days and access opened by our support team.
- Access to purchased books — forever and one-month: it is tied to the account and cannot be restored after deletion.
What is kept
- Purchase records, with no link to you: for accounting and refunds.
- Technical server logs — up to 14 days.
- Payment data is kept by the App Store and Google Play under their own policies.
